About Geoff Rupp
Geoff Rupp is a Vedic Meditation teacher, Himalayan Breathwork facilitator, and Vedic Astrologer based in Sydney. For more than a decade he has guided individuals through deep personal change using an integrated approach rooted in Vedic knowledge and direct experience.
Geoff has taught over 1,500 people to meditate and works with clients across Australia and internationally, including the United States, United Kingdom, Dubai, Mexico, and New Zealand. Through his work with Find Your Calm and Ascending Minds he supports individuals who want clarity, direction, and a more aligned way of living and working.
His mentorship integrates Vedic meditation, Himalayan breathwork, and Vedic astrology into a practical path for personal transformation. Rather than teaching theory alone, Geoff focuses on giving people a direct experience of the practices so they can feel the shifts within themselves and understand what becomes possible when inner alignment begins to take hold.
Before stepping into this work Geoff spent more than 30 years in the television industry across Hong Kong, Malaysia, London, and Australia. Despite career success, a deeper search for meaning and inner stability remained.
Meditation and Vedic knowledge became the turning point that reshaped his life.
Since then Geoff has immersed himself in the study and practice of Vedic wisdom, including training through the Sattva Yoga Academy and extended time in India. His travels have taken him to sacred locations such as Varanasi, Badrinath in the Himalayas, and the Navagraha temples of South India connected to the planetary forces of Vedic astrology.
Today he teaches from lived experience. These practices transformed his own health, clarity, direction, and purpose. He now shares the same integrated approach with clients who want practical tools for navigating life, business, and personal growth with greater awareness and stability.
